Mark McGleish

Mark is a full time consultant within the Practice. He has over 20 years experience in the fields of surveying and planning and has worked within both local authorities and the private sector. Mark has held a variety of senior roles including main board director of a major PLC construction company with responsibility for land, legal, planning and surveying matters. He has significant experience in land valuation; negotiation of contracts, servitudes and wayleaves; negotiating planning and other regulatory consents; complex project management; utility company negotiation; compensation; development appraisal; residential development; and wind energy development.

negotiation of contractual terms on behalf of landowners in relation to wind farm and residential development proposals

acquisition of land rights for energy clients
