Senior Rural Chartered Surveyor - required for our rural chartered surveyors practice to work with a diverse workload including: compulsory purchase, valuations, agricultural landlord tenant, utility claims and energy projects.

We are a specialist rural practice operating primarily although not solely throughout Central Scotland with a range of respected private and corporate clients.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated commercially aware Rural Chartered Surveyor to join a small team dealing with a diverse but rewarding workload. Candidates will need to be RICS qualified with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience and possess a sound working knowledge and proven track record of rural professional work.

On a day to day basis you will be involved in all aspects of work including: valuations, agricultural landlord tenant, utility claims, energy projects and telecoms. Candidates will be required to demonstrate experience in compulsory purchase and be capable of cultivating and winning new business.

This is a varied, interesting and rewarding position in a pleasant rural location.
