Hendersons forge ahead on behalf of Landowners in conjunction with the Banks Group with proposals for one of the first eco-towns in Scotland as part of the Scottish Sustainable Communities Initiative.

The Cardenden eco-town proposals are considered to provide an opportunity to create a sustainable regeneration of the existing communities of Cardenden, as well as providing a variety of new sustainable settlements making the most of the existing services and creating new facilities for all.
